"Nourish to Flourish I"

This workshop teaches the basics of a healthy whole foods diet. If you are wondering, "what should I eat to feel my best?" this class is for you. Included will be information on how to stock your pantry and fridge for healthy eating, the basics of healthy food preparation, and debunking the myths of "good" vs. "bad" fats. We will also discuss the importance of when and how to eat as well as what to eat.
